MYLIFY Return, Refund & Payment Policy

General Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with a product, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving it. Please email support@mylify.in to begin the process.

    Product Eligibility for Return/Refund:

    • Product is defective or not as described.
    • Product is unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice.
    • Product is not damaged, broken, or tampered with.
    • Product was delivered later than scheduled.

    ❗ If the product does not qualify for a refund, it will be returned to you.
    You can request a refund or exchange based on your preference. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

    Defective or Wrong Item Received?

    Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mylify.in with clear pictures of the product.
    Return the item with:

      • Original box
      • Invoice
      • Tags and packaging

      full refund or exchange will be processed once the return is inspected and approved.

      Category-Specific Return Policies

      Nutrition Products

      • Must be sealed and in original condition.
      • Opened or used items cannot be returned.
      • Returns not accepted for issues like taste preferences or minor health reactions.
        Please consult a doctor before purchase.

      Merchandise

      Returns allowed for size issues or damaged items.

      Services

      No returns or refunds applicable

      Processing Fees

      Returns or replacements for flavor/product/variant changes may incur a fee, which will be shared before processing your request.
      No fee for returns due to incorrect/damaged products.

      Replacement Delivery

      Replacements are delivered within 14 working days after approval.

      Order Cancellation

      • Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been processed yet.
      • If already processed, cancellation is not possible.
      • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after cancellation approval.

      Return Pickup

      • We try to arrange pickup via our courier.
      • If not possible, send it through any courier, and we will reimburse up to ₹100 of courier cost.
