How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is confirmed, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they meet our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will then deliver your order to your doorstep. If they face any challenges reaching you or delivering at the specified time, they will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
- International Shipping: Customers outside India will be responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes directly to the courier company at the time of delivery. These are not charged by MYLIFY.

- Domestic: We deliver across India.

International: We currently ship to Nepal, UAE, the USA, and Australia,SOUTH AFRICA,EAST AFRICA, CANADA.

Why Can't Some Areas Be Serviced?
In rare cases, we may not be able to deliver to your location due to:
- Non-serviceable PIN codes by our delivery partners.
- Legal restrictions on certain products.
- Lack of reliable courier partners in the area.
We are constantly working to expand our coverage and improve availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities (Tier A1/A2): 2–5 business days (excl. Sundays/public holidays).
- Other Indian Cities: 2–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Up to 7+ business days, depending on geographical access.
- International Orders: Typically 5–15 business days.
Changing Delivery Address
- Before Dispatch: You may request a change in delivery address by emailing support@mylify.in. For security, you may be asked to verify your identity.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, address changes are not possible once an order is shipped. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.

Multiple Shipments?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations. You will only be charged one shipping or COD fee (if applicable) — only on the first shipment.
International orders are typically shipped in one complete package.
Can You Hold My Delivery?
- Before Dispatch: You may request a delivery hold by emailing support@mylify.in
- After Dispatch: We regret that we cannot hold delivery once your order has been shipped.
Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges such as Octroi, sales tax, etc. All product prices displayed at checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes.
For international orders, shipping and customs duties (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout or during order processing.
